The GPJ is a non-stock, non-profit organization composed mainly of jewelry manufacturers, exporters, traders, and suppliers of jewelry tools and supplies. It counts among its members most of the major jewelers in Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, Subic, Cebu, Bulacan, Clark Development Processing Zone, Baguio City and Camarines Norte.

The Guild is proactive in transforming the jewelry industry into a leading export sector. Since 2001, it has initiated projects to enable its members to participate in trade shows, exhibits and fairs with the objectives of:

a.    creating a good image of the country's jewelry industry to make buyers feel confident that it can sustain and deliver innovative and quality jewelry items;
b.    providing the best venue for the jewelry industry players to be constantly updated of market preferences for materials and designs, as well as, technology development and innovations;
c.    offering opportunities for members to build long-term network and contact with different jewelry industry stakeholders.

Vision:  

We are committed to the transformation of the Philippine jewelry industry into a significant contributor to the national economy for the millennium by bringing about meaningful changes towards its development. We will take the lead in setting industry standards to ensure expansion of employment opportunities and provide support to the international marketing of Philippine Jewelry.

Mission:

The national organization that promotes the transformation and growth of Philippine jewelry industry, in a manner consistent with national policies and aspirations as well as the individual and collective objectives of its members.
