This portal serves as a link or gateway to the various groups, institutions and organizations that the Pearl2 Project has worked with since it started active programming in 2003 up to 2008. These Project partners represent a broad spectrum of institutions that help in the development of micro, small and medium scale companies in the Philippines as well as non-profit organizations that assist in the growth of these enterprises. The portal covers government agencies, academic institutions, business support organizations and private sector entities. Their services cover a vast range including training, technical studies and access to technical materials in such areas as production management, marketing, financial management and the environment. |
